Jeanifer Parsigian
Senior Research Associate
Ms. Parsigian graduated from University of Michigan, earning a B.A. with great distinction in Economics. During her junior year at Michigan, she studied art history and Italian language in Florence, Italy and spent the summer studying economic globalization at the London School of Economics. Prior to joining CompAnalysis, Ms. Parsigian was a legal intern at the Center for Constitutional Rights, where she assisted attorneys in civil rights class action suits.
Her responsibilities at CompAnalysis include project research and analysis, report writing, application and use of labor market research statistical data, and interaction with clients concerning internal job comparisons and related matters.
She is a member of the Northern California Human Resources Association and the Bay Area Compensation Association.
Robert Barter
Research Associate
Mr. Barter graduated from UC Berkeley earning a B.A. in Political Science. Prior to joining the CompAnalysis team, Mr. Barter was a quality control and manufacturing intern for Simpson Strong-Tie, an international construction business headquartered in Pleasanton, CA.
During his time at Cal he was a member of the men’s varsity water polo team that finished second in the nation in 2002. Later he took on club and high school coaching duties in the sport, and led his 18 and under team to a gold medal finish at the 2007 National Junior Olympics.
His responsibilities at CompAnalysis include project research and analysis, report writing, application and use of labor market research statistical data, and interaction with clients concerning internal job comparisons and related matters.
He is a member of the Northern California Human Resources Association and the Bay Area Compensation Association.
