The Gallagher 2011 California Total Compensation Survey reports up-to-date cash compensation (base and variable pay) data specific to over 100 core cross-industry jobs in addition to more than 150 selected industry-specific jobs.
The survey also reports data on benefits levels and costs associated with insured health and welfare coverages, premium sharing, as well as time off with pay and other non-insured benefits and perquisites. Information on a broad range of HR practices, including turnover, salary administration, workers' compensation, shift differentials and severance pay is also surveyed.
Published each year early in October, participating organizations' characteristics are used to compile data into meaningful industry, location and size categories.
